River City Shopping Complex
The River City shopping complex opened up in the mid 1984, managed by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the Italthai group of companies. It is the first riverside shopping complex built in Thailand along side the banks of the “River of Kings”, the Chao Phraya.
It is the center for arts & antiques with more than 150 retail shops located inside the complex. You will find various types of products from all over the country being sold here starting from Thai silk, cotton, jewelleries, home décor, paintings, leather, tailoring, souveniers, and all sorts of gifts.
Dining is also an ease inside the complex as there are various small franchises restaurants located inside and also small stalls of junk, refreshers, and ice-creams being sold.
